The Capital Gate

The Capital Gate is the world’s farthest leaning man-made building with an 18-degree inclination towards the west. This is 14 degrees more inclined than the Leaning Tower of Pisa, Italy. It is inclined four times more than the Pisa tower in Italy. It’s also referred to as “the leaning tower of Abu Dhabi”.

The building is 520 ft high and has 35 floors and offers a panoramic view of the capital city of the UAE. This tower is the main focal point of the Capital Centre.

Masdar City – The Green City

The Masdar City is a planned city project in Abu Dhabi, initiated in 2006 aims to bring the world’s first green city with zero carbon, zero waste and petrol free city. The prime source of energy is the solar energy and wind energy. With the help of photovoltaic panels, electricity is generated. These are much-needed measures to protect our mother Earth. How cool is that with all that technology!

Observation Deck at 300

I mean who doesn’t want to have a rooftop observation over the city. If you wish the same, you can visit the Observation Deck at 300. It is the highest point in the city, the 74th floor of the Jumeirah at Etihad Towers. For the non-guests of the hotel, there is an entry fee.

But that can be redeemed on the top for some snacks from the observation desk’s restaurant. They offer light snacks and soft drinks, And in the afternoon time, a hot high tea. One hand holding the drink, the other some snacks and eyes witnessing the spectacular view of the city spread below you.
